Getting started
How do I create an account or sign in?
Choose
Sign In and enter your email. We email you a one-time 6-digit code; there's no password to remember. On supported phones and computers you can also add a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or device PIN) for faster sign-in.
I didn't get my sign-in code.
Codes can take a minute. Check spam or promotions folders, make sure the email address is spelled correctly, then request a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, email support from the same address.
Why am I asked to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy?
Everyone accepts the current
Terms of Use and
Privacy Policy once, and again only when a new version is published. We keep a record of the version and date you accepted.
Drivers
What does GigReadyGo cost for drivers?
Your first calendar month is free, with no card needed. After that, Driver Membership is $19.99/month and lets you apply to jobs and take marketplace route offers from any company. Your profile, readiness checks, matches, and routes from your own company are always free. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe, and you can cancel anytime from the Billing page.
What does the readiness check tell me?
It compares your answers (state, age, driving experience, vehicle and documents) with the published requirements of popular gig platforms and shows where you may be ready and what may be missing. Each result links to the platform's own requirements page. It is guidance only: the platform makes the final decision after its own application and screening.
How do I apply to a company's opportunity?
Build your driver profile once from your
Dashboard. When you see opportunities that fit, select them and confirm what you're sharing. Your profile is sent only to the companies you choose, and you can follow each application's status on your Dashboard.
How do route offers work?
Turn on route matching in
Routes & Dispatch and choose your availability, route types and states. Companies can then send you route offers. You decide which offers to accept; nothing is assigned without your acceptance.
When is my location shared?
Only while you are working a route you accepted, and only with the company that offered it. Location sharing stops when the route is completed or cancelled.
A company invited me to connect. What do I do?
Open the invitation link and sign in. If the company invited your email, sign in with that email. If they invited your mobile number, we'll text or call a one-time code to that number to confirm it's you.
Transportation companies
How do I set up my company?
Sign in, open
For Employers and complete your company profile. We verify companies automatically when your sign-in email matches your company website, or when your USDOT number and EIN match FMCSA records. Otherwise our team reviews your company manually.
When does my job post become visible?
Open, unexpired posts are visible to drivers right away once your company is verified and has an active membership, or has been approved by GigReadyGo. Posts must describe real, current openings with lawful, job-related requirements; GigReadyGo may remove posts that don't.
Can my team use the same account?
Yes. Owners and Admins can invite teammates from
Team & Permissions and give each one a role: Admin, Dispatcher, Recruiter or Viewer.
Can I bring my existing drivers?
Yes. Add them one at a time with
+ Add Driver in
Routes & Dispatch, or import them all from a spreadsheet (see the next question). Your driver list stays private to your company. To connect a driver's own GigReadyGo profile, choose
Create Invite on their card and send them the link.
How do I import my drivers from a spreadsheet?
- Open Routes & Dispatch and scroll to Import & Connect. Owners, Admins, Dispatchers and Recruiters can import.
- Choose Download Template, pick Drivers and download it.
- Open it in Excel or Google Sheets and put one driver on each row. full_name is required. Add email too: it's how we spot drivers you already have. Phone, employee ID (external_id), vehicle type, license class, availability and notes are optional.
- Save it as CSV. In Excel: File › Save As › CSV. In Google Sheets: File › Download › CSV.
- Choose Import Drivers, pick the file and check the preview.
- Choose Import Valid Rows. You'll see how many were imported, which were duplicates, and the reason for any row that wasn't imported.
- Choose Create Invite on a driver's card to send them a link to connect their GigReadyGo profile.
Each file can hold up to 500 drivers; for bigger rosters, import several files. Your plan sets how many drivers you can manage (Starter 5, Growth 25, Pro 100, Business 300, Recruiting Partner 25; Enterprise Fleet includes 750 and Enterprise Network 2,000, with a charge per extra driver). Choose Archive on drivers who leave so they stop counting. Enterprise Network, Strategic and Per-Driver customers can then move drivers into locations under Enterprise tools › Locations.
Watch the video for your plan: Companies · Enterprise Fleet & Recruiting Partner · Enterprise Network, Strategic & Per-Driver.
Who makes the hiring decision?
You do. GigReadyGo provides matching and workflow tools only; your company remains responsible for lawful recruiting, screening and hiring.
Logistics & routes
How do I post and dispatch a route?
In
Routes & Dispatch, choose Post a Route, add your stops and optimize the order. Then find matching drivers, send an offer, and follow the route's status, location and proof of delivery until it's complete.
What is proof of delivery?
At each delivery the driver can record the recipient's name, a note, a photo and a signature. Your company can view these and share a secure delivery receipt.
What is Source Leads?
A search tool for finding carriers, drivers and possible shipping customers from public data (FMCSA and Google business listings). Results are prospects only; a real transportation need is never assumed.
Is GigReadyGo a freight broker?
No. GigReadyGo provides software. Companies and drivers arrange their own work and remain responsible for their licensing, insurance and regulatory obligations.
Service providers
How do I list my business?
Sign in and complete your profile on
List Your Business: services, states and who you serve. A "Verified Business" badge means your business passed our automatic check, such as confirming your business phone with a one-time code. "GigReadyGo Approved Provider" means our team reviewed your listing.
How do service requests work?
Companies and drivers can send you requests through the marketplace. You can accept, decline or complete each request from your provider page, and add a note for the customer.
Can I advertise?
Advertising is optional and separate from membership. Each campaign is quoted individually and labeled as paid placement. Email
support@gigreadygo.com to ask.
Memberships & billing
Is there a video that shows how to get set up?
Yes. The
Tutorials page has step-by-step videos for transportation companies, enterprise fleets and 3PLs, and service providers, plus videos on importing your drivers. They're also at the top of this page under
Video tutorials.
What does it cost?
Drivers get their first month free, then Driver Membership is $19.99/month. Companies also get their first month free. Company plans and the Service Provider membership are monthly subscriptions; see

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact support within 30 days. See the
