Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026 · Version 2026-10-18 · Replaces the version dated September 27, 2026
In short: We collect what's needed to run your account and the features you use. We use one Google Ads tag to measure which of our ads lead to sign-ups. We don't sell personal information, and you can opt out of ad measurement at any time. We don't use identifiable user content to train general-purpose AI. Drivers decide which companies receive their applications and when to share route location. You can delete your account yourself at any time.

1. Who we are and what this covers
GigReadyGo LLC ("GigReadyGo," "we") operates gigreadygo.com, join.gigreadygo.com, our mobile apps and related services (the "Platform") for drivers, transportation companies, logistics users and service providers. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Platform, our waitlist, our emails and support. Contact us at support@gigreadygo.com or GigReadyGo LLC, 43313 Woodward Ave, #1115, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302, United States.
We decide how to use information for account administration, billing, security and our own communications. When a company uses the Platform for its own recruiting or route operations, we process that company's information on its instructions under our Data Processing Agreement. Companies that receive applications or manage drivers have their own privacy obligations and notices, and this policy doesn't describe their later uses. We'll help you identify the responsible company when we reasonably can.

| Waitlist and marketing | Email address and the choices you make | You | Send the launch updates and optional marketing you asked for |
We also use relevant records to prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, meet legal duties and establish or defend legal claims. We don't use a general reference to "improvement" or "security" to justify an unrelated use of sensitive information. If we want to use information for a materially new purpose, we'll tell you first and get any consent the law requires.
3. Information we ask you not to provide
Do not put Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, gig-platform passwords or immigration documents in profiles, applications or messages. Our readiness questions are yes/no and never ask for the numbers themselves. Payment details go only through Stripe's checkout. A photo or signature is not used to identify anyone biometrically. If something sensitive is uploaded by mistake, tell support and we'll remove it unless the law requires us to keep it.
4. How information is shared
Sharing you direct. Before you send an application, you see the recipients and the information. Apply-to-All covers only the companies listed at confirmation. Companies may keep the copies they received under their own lawful practices; withdrawing future sharing doesn't recall a copy already delivered.
Your organization. Your company and its authorized team members can see the information their features need, based on the permissions the company assigns. If you share route location, the company that owns that route sees it. Drivers whose profile sharing is turned on can be found and matched by companies looking for drivers; drivers can turn sharing off. Service provider listings show the fields chosen for publication. Driver profiles are not published on public web pages.
Service providers we use. These companies process information for us so we can run the Platform:
| Provider | What they do | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| Hatchable | Hosting, database, sign-in, file storage and email delivery | All Platform data, including sign-in emails and uploaded photos |
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions, receipts and invoices | Name, email, billing details, payment method, plan and payment history |
| Mapbox | Address search, maps, road routing and route optimization | Addresses and coordinates of route stops (sent from our servers) |
| Business listing lookups (Google Places) | Business names, addresses and search terms | |
| Google Ads | Measuring which of our ads lead to visits and sign-ups, unless you opt out (Section 5) | Pages viewed on our site, ad click ID, cookie identifiers, IP address and browser information |
| Twilio | One-time verification codes by text or voice call | The phone number being verified and delivery status |
| Apple and Google push services | Delivering app notifications, only if you turn them on in our mobile app | Device push token and notification text |
FMCSA is a public data source we check carrier records against; it does not receive your personal information from us. We'll update this list when we add or replace a provider, and give business customers notice as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
Legal and business events. We may disclose information when required by valid legal process, to protect people or investigate unlawful activity, or in a merger, financing, acquisition or business transfer, subject to safeguards and notice. We also disclose information when you direct or lawfully authorize it.
5. Cookies, trackers and "sale" or "sharing"
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in, keep the site secure and remember simple settings (such as hiding the "add to home screen" bar). We run search ads on Google and Microsoft Bing. When you arrive from an ad or link, your browser remembers which campaign and keyword brought you, and we save that with your account when you sign up so we can see which ads work.
To see which ads work, we also use the Google Ads tag on our website. It sets a cookie and tells Google when someone who clicked one of our ads visits our site or signs up. We've turned off remarketing and ad personalization for this tag. We don't add other advertising, analytics, social-media or session-recording tools to our site, and we don't add tracking pixels to our emails. Our email provider records whether a message was delivered.
Your privacy choices. Under some state laws, including California's, letting Google measure ad results this way may count as "sharing" personal information. You can opt out with the button below, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser; either way, we won't load the Google Ads tag for you. The button applies to the browser you use it in. We do not sell personal information, and we don't use your information for targeted advertising. We don't respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals.
6. How long we keep information
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Account, profile and company records | While the account is open. When you delete your account, your personal details are deleted or anonymized right away (see Section 8). |
| Route location points | Deleted 30 days after the route ends, unless needed for a documented incident or dispute |
| Applications | Our copy is kept while the application's company account is active and detached from your name if you delete your account; the receiving company keeps its own copy under its own retention rules |
| Routes, proof of delivery and company records | While the company's account is active, as the company's business records. Within 60 days after a company account closes, its driver roster, leads, vehicles and invitations are deleted or anonymized. Route and delivery records are kept as transaction records for 3 years after the company account closes, then deleted. |
| Email delivery log | 90 days |
| In-app notifications | 180 days |
| Backups | Nightly backups, each kept 14 days (sign-in records are not included in backups) |
| Payment, tax and invoice records | 7 years, for tax and accounting duties |
| Terms and consent acceptance records | While the account is open and 7 years afterward, to show what was agreed |
| Waitlist entries | Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; we keep only the information needed to honor an unsubscribe |
| Support messages | 24 months after the matter is resolved |
A legal hold covers only the records it applies to.
7. Security and where data is processed
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards for the information and risks involved, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls that keep each company's records separate, team roles and permissions, storing only a scrambled (hashed) form of API keys, keeping secret keys in our hosting provider's secret storage, and nightly backups. No service can promise absolute security. If a security incident triggers notice duties, we will notify affected people as the law requires. Report suspected misuse or unauthorized access to support@gigreadygo.com.
The Platform is intended for the United States. Our service providers may store, process or access information in the United States and in other countries where they or their own providers operate, under their security and contract commitments.
8. Your choices and requests
Delete your account. Sign in and open Delete my account (also in the menu and the app). It takes effect right away: your profile and contact details, location history, settings, notifications and app notification tokens are deleted; any paid plan you bought is canceled; a company you're the only member of is closed; and a provider listing you own is taken down. Records others are entitled to keep (applications a company already received, delivery records for routes you completed, payment receipts and consent records) are kept without your name or contact details. If you can't sign in, email support@gigreadygo.com from your account email.
Other requests. You can update most information yourself in your profile. To access, correct, delete or get a portable copy of your information, email support@gigreadygo.com with the subject "Privacy request," or write to our mailing address. Depending on where you live, your rights may also include knowing what we collect and who receives it, limiting the use of sensitive information, withdrawing consent and appealing a denied request. To protect you, we verify requests using information reasonably needed (we never ask for your password). Authorized agents may act with proof of authority. If a company controls the information, we may refer your request to that company and help it respond.
We respond within 45 days, and tell you if we need an extension the law allows or why we can't fulfill a request. To appeal, email support@gigreadygo.com with "Privacy appeal" and your request reference; we'll explain the outcome and how to contact your state regulator if you disagree. We don't discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising privacy rights. Deleting or withdrawing information may stop features that need it.
Marketing and notifications. Unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any marketing email. Manage notification emails on your Notifications page. App push notifications can be turned off in your phone's settings.
9. California and other state disclosures
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, the categories in Section 2 correspond to: identifiers (account and contact, technical); customer records (account, billing); commercial information (plans and purchases); internet or electronic activity (technical and sign-in records); geolocation (route location); professional or employment-related information (driver profile, applications); audio, visual or similar information (proof-of-delivery photos and signatures); and inferences (readiness and match results). Precise geolocation is sensitive personal information; we use it only to provide route tracking you turn on. The sources, purposes and recipients are described in Sections 2 and 4. GigReadyGo began operating in 2026; in that time we have disclosed these categories only to the service providers and recipients described in Section 4, and we have not sold personal information. Starting October 18, 2026, the Google Ads measurement described in Section 5 may be considered "sharing"; you can opt out as described there.
Other state privacy laws have different coverage rules and exemptions. Where they apply to you, we honor the rights described in Section 8. Contact us if you have questions about which rights apply.
10. Matching, minors and changes
Matching. Readiness and match results compare your profile answers (such as state, vehicle, license class, years licensed and availability) with a job's or route's stated requirements, and companies see a match score and the reasons for it. GigReadyGo does not make hiring or transportation decisions; companies remain responsible for how they use these results, including any duties that apply to automated decision tools.
Minors. The Platform is only for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly allow minors to create accounts. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll investigate and delete it where required.
Changes. We'll post updates with a new effective date and give additional notice for material changes. A notice isn't consent to a new use that requires consent.
