Terms of Use
Effective October 18, 2026 · Version 2026-10-18 · Replaces the version dated September 28, 2026
In short: GigReadyGo is software that connects drivers, transportation companies, logistics teams and service providers. We provide tools and information; you make your own hiring, dispatch, service and business decisions. Companies and drivers get their first calendar month free with no card needed, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel online anytime. You can delete your account yourself at any time. This summary is for convenience; the full Terms below control.

1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GigReadyGo LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("GigReadyGo," "we," "us"). They govern gigreadygo.com, join.gigreadygo.com, our mobile apps, APIs and related services (the "Platform"). If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.
You accept these Terms by checking the agreement box on the Platform's acceptance screen before you use signed-in features or make a purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices; acknowledging it does not by itself give consent to every kind of data processing. We ask for automatic-renewal consent separately at checkout and for electronic-records consent separately (Section 20). For each acceptance we keep the document version, the date and time, and the account. Accepting an earlier version does not count as accepting a later one; Section 21 explains how changes work.
2. Our role
GigReadyGo provides software for driver profiles, readiness and matching information, recruiting, route planning, dispatch workflows and service-provider listings. Users make their own transportation, hiring, engagement and service decisions. We do not accept or assign transportation work on anyone's behalf or make those decisions for you. Providing Platform access does not by itself create an employment, agency, carrier, brokerage or insurance relationship with GigReadyGo.
The Platform is not a motor-carrier, freight-broker, freight-forwarder, staffing, background-check or insurance service. Obtain any regulated service from an appropriately authorized provider. These descriptions do not waive legal obligations that apply to GigReadyGo or any user based on actual conduct, and a software label or user agreement does not by itself determine worker classification or regulated status.
We are independent of third-party gig and delivery platforms. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. The Platform is intended for use in the United States. An account does not establish that you meet the age, licensing or other qualifications for a particular driving job or operation. Provide accurate information, keep it current and protect access to your email account, which is how you sign in. Organizations must assign appropriate team permissions and manage their team accounts. Tell support@gigreadygo.com promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your authorized users and for your own failure to use reasonable account safeguards, subject to applicable law.
4. Verification
We may check business records, websites, public listings (including Google business listings and FMCSA carrier records) and control of an email address or telephone number. A verification label covers only the checks it describes. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee of identity, safety, authority, insurance or qualifications; independently confirm the credentials you need for your transaction. We may ask for more information, recheck records or restrict access when information can't be confirmed. Email support@gigreadygo.com to ask for correction or review of a verification result.
5. Drivers and owner-operators
What is free and what needs membership. Your driver profile, readiness checks, your matches, and routes assigned to you by a company whose own driver roster you're on are always free. Applying to jobs through GigReadyGo and accepting marketplace route offers from other companies are included free during your first calendar month and then require Driver Membership ($19.99 per month), as described in Section 8. Readiness and match information is based on the information submitted and the stated requirements and may be incomplete or out of date. It does not guarantee qualification, work, earnings, acceptance or approval. Confirm requirements with the company concerned. You can correct your profile at any time or report an inaccurate result to support@gigreadygo.com.
Applications. Before an application is sent, you can review the companies that will receive it and the information that will be shared. Applying authorizes that particular sharing. Apply-to-All means the participating companies listed on the confirmation screen at that time, not companies added later. An application is not authorization for a consumer report, marketing calls or texts, or any unrelated disclosure. Companies that receive your application are responsible for their own decisions and for lawfully handling what they receive.
Routes. Companies provide route offers and instructions. You decide whether to accept an offer, subject to any separate lawful agreement with that company. Before accepting, review compensation, qualifications, operating responsibilities and any location or proof-of-delivery requirements. Responsibilities for licenses, insurance, taxes and safety stay with the parties the law places them on, and nothing here shifts an employer's legal duties to a worker. Never use the Platform while driving in a distracting or unlawful way.
6. Transportation companies and logistics users
Post only genuine, authorized opportunities with accurate, lawful and job-related requirements. Include pay and any other disclosures required where the work or applicant is located. You are responsible for lawful recruiting, accommodation, screening, worker classification, pay, tax withholding and employment practices, including applicable nondiscrimination and fair-chance rules.
Maintain all required operating authority, permits, registrations and insurance. Verify driver qualifications and comply with applicable safety, hours-of-service, drug and alcohol testing, vehicle and cargo rules. Platform records are not a substitute for legally required driver qualification files or safety systems.
An authorized person at your company must review and approve dispatch decisions. Match scores, ETAs, risk flags and route optimization support your judgment; don't rely on them to bypass legal duties. Before using a score or other automated tool in a hiring or promotion decision, determine and meet any applicable audit, notice, accommodation and review requirements. Don't request or obtain consumer reports through ordinary application sharing; where the FCRA or similar laws apply, use a compliant screening process with the required disclosures, authorization and adverse-action steps.
Upload and use only data you have the right and a lawful basis to provide. Use applicant and driver information only for the recruiting, engagement or route purpose it was shared for; restrict access, protect it and keep it only as long as permitted and needed. Honor applicable privacy requests and retention duties. Publicly available contact information and Source Leads do not establish consent to calls, texts or marketing; you must follow applicable outreach rules. The plan limits shown at purchase apply. The Business Agreements (Data Processing Agreement, Confidentiality Addendum and Service Terms) are part of your agreement with us.
7. Service providers
Providers must accurately describe their services, prices, service areas and credentials and keep required licenses, insurance and certifications. Providers contract directly with their customers and are responsible for their services and applicable consumer disclosures. GigReadyGo does not supervise or guarantee providers' services, and listings and referrals do not guarantee leads or business. Report suspected fraud or unsafe listings to support@gigreadygo.com.
8. Memberships, free month, billing and cancellation
Plans and prices. Paid plans are Driver Membership ($19.99/month), company plans and Service Provider Membership, as listed on our Memberships page and shown at checkout with the price in U.S. dollars, billing interval, included features, limits and any separate charges. Enterprise plans set up with our sales team require an accepted written order form; an invoice alone does not create undisclosed obligations. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Free first month. Every company account and every driver account gets its first calendar month free, starting when the account (for a company, its company profile) is created. The free month ends at the same clock time on the same date in the next calendar month; if that date doesn't exist, it ends at that time on the last day of the next month (for example, January 31 to February 28 or 29). It is one calendar month, not a fixed number of days, and it doesn't restart if you add billing details later or close and reopen an account. During the free month, companies get Starter plan limits. No payment method is required, and we never convert the free month into a paid plan automatically: if you don't subscribe, nothing is charged and the paid features simply stop when the free month ends. Your data stays saved and viewable. We send reminders 7 days and 1 day before the free month ends and when it ends. The app and the Billing page show your free month's end date.
Subscribing during the free month. If you subscribe while your free month still has more than two days left, your first charge happens when the free month ends, and the checkout page shows that date. If fewer than two days are left, billing starts on the day you subscribe.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically for the interval shown at checkout (monthly, or yearly for annual plans) until you cancel. Before you subscribe, we show the recurring price, billing interval, first charge date and how to cancel, and we charge only after you check the separate box agreeing to recurring billing. You authorize GigReadyGo and Stripe to charge the disclosed amounts to the payment method you choose. Stripe emails a receipt after each payment.
Launch promotion. The first 10 eligible companies (on the Business plan) and the first 10 eligible service providers who redeem a valid GigReadyGo launch code at checkout get the first three months of that paid plan without a subscription charge. The three months begin when the paid subscription starts, which is after any remaining free month. The checkout page shows the exact free-period dates, the first charge date and the regular price and interval that apply afterward. The promotion still requires your separate agreement to automatic renewal, and we send a reminder before the first charge. We never shorten an accepted free period.
Usage fees. Some enterprise plans include a number of managed drivers and charge for extra active managed drivers, or charge per driver with a minimum. Before purchase we disclose the included count, rate, minimum and billing date. Unless the plan says otherwise, monthly usage is the highest daily count of active, non-archived managed drivers in the calendar month, billed afterward. Archiving a driver later doesn't erase usage already accrued. No usage fees apply during a free month or promotion.
Cancellation. Cancel online anytime under Billing > Manage billing, or email support@gigreadygo.com if you need help or can't sign in. No phone call or retention conversation is required. Stripe confirms your cancellation and its effective date. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep access until then. Deleting your account (Section 18) cancels any paid plan immediately. No renewal charge is made after an effective cancellation.
Refunds and errors. Except where the law requires otherwise or we expressly promise a refund, fees are non-refundable and unused time or capacity doesn't earn a refund. We correct confirmed unauthorized or mistaken charges; please report them promptly. If we permanently discontinue a paid service or end your access without your breach before your paid term ends, we refund the unused prepaid portion.
Plan changes, failed payments, prices and taxes. Before a plan change we show its effective date, charges or credits and new limits, and ask you to confirm. Bring your usage within reduced limits by the effective date. If a payment fails, we notify you and Stripe retries; we may pause paid features after a reasonable chance to fix it. We give at least 30 days' notice before raising a recurring price, and the change applies from a later renewal. Sales tax is not currently added; if we start collecting applicable taxes, we will show them before purchase or on the invoice.
9. Advertising and promotions
Advertising and featured placements require an agreed order describing placement, duration, price and reporting. Paid placements are labeled as advertising or sponsored content where required. You must have rights to your ad content and support your advertising claims. We may reject or remove unlawful or misleading advertising and will handle unused fees under the order and applicable law. Promotion doesn't guarantee applications, work, earnings or customers.
10. Acceptable use
Do not commit fraud, impersonate others, post false opportunities, discriminate unlawfully, harass users, send unlawful marketing, sell or misuse user information, or charge drivers or applicants a fee to apply. Do not request or upload Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, gig-platform passwords or immigration documents through profiles, messages or applications. Enter payment information only through the checkout flow. Do not evade access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the Platform, or bulk-extract data outside authorized features. Do not reverse engineer or copy protected software except as the law permits. These restrictions don't limit legally protected reporting, reviews, whistleblowing or other rights that can't be waived.
11. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit and display it only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain and secure the features you use, comply with law and carry out sharing you authorize. This does not allow us to sell applicant data, use it for unrelated advertising, or train general-purpose AI models on identifiable user content. You must have the rights to submit your content. The license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for lawful retention, short backup cycles (Privacy Policy, Section 6) and copies already shared with recipients you chose. We may use product feedback you volunteer without compensation, subject to our confidentiality and privacy obligations.
12. Privacy and location
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and your rights. We do not ask for the prohibited information listed in Section 10.
Route location sharing is off until you turn it on. On an accepted route, location is shared only after you tap Start Sharing Location and allow location access on your device. While sharing is on, your device sends its location while the GigReadyGo page or app is open; we do not collect location in the background. The company that owns the route can see your current location and the location trail for that route. Sharing stops when you tap Stop Sharing, close the page or app, or the route ends. We delete route location points 30 days after the route ends unless they're needed for a documented incident or dispute. Turning sharing off may limit route tracking features but doesn't affect your other rights.
13. Third-party services
The Platform uses Hatchable (hosting, database, sign-in, file storage and email delivery), Stripe (payments), Mapbox (address search, maps, routing and route optimization), Google (business listing information), Twilio (verification codes) and public FMCSA carrier records. The Privacy Policy lists them and what they receive. Third-party terms apply where they're presented to you. Third-party maps, records and estimates may be inaccurate; follow road rules, vehicle restrictions and safe judgment. We don't guarantee third-party services, but we remain responsible for our own legal obligations.
14. Intellectual property
GigReadyGo and its licensors own the Platform software, design and protected materials, including the GIGREADYGO name and logo. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Platform for its intended lawful purpose. No other rights are granted except as the law provides. Your content remains subject to Section 11.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access or particular hiring, earnings, route or business outcomes. These disclaimers do not exclude express commitments we make or rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
We do not provide legal, tax, employment, transportation-regulatory, financial or insurance advice.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or goodwill. GigReadyGo's total liability arising from the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible merely because another user causes harm, but this does not excuse our own actionable conduct.
These exclusions and the cap do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability that cannot be limited by law, or refunds owed under Section 8, and they do not limit rights where a limit is prohibited. Some places don't allow these limits, and the mandatory law that applies to you controls.
17. Indemnification
If you use the Platform for a business, to the extent the law permits you will indemnify GigReadyGo against third-party claims and reasonable defense costs to the extent caused by your unlawful activity, infringement through your content, or material breach of these Terms. This doesn't cover losses caused by GigReadyGo's negligence, misconduct or breach. We will notify you promptly, allow a reasonable defense by qualified counsel and reasonably cooperate. You may not settle a claim that imposes an admission, a non-monetary obligation or an unreimbursed payment on us without our consent, which we won't unreasonably withhold. This section doesn't apply to personal consumer use or override rights that can't be waived.
18. Closing your account, suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Delete my account (also in the app menu), or by emailing support@gigreadygo.com. Deletion takes effect right away, cancels any paid plan you bought, and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. If you own a company workspace with other team members, ownership must be moved to a teammate first.
We may restrict or end access for material breach, fraud, a genuine security risk or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem or ask for review; immediate action may be needed to protect users or comply with law. Section 8 covers refunds when we discontinue a service. Where lawful and practicable, we give you a reasonable chance to retrieve your records. Accrued obligations and provisions needed to resolve earlier conduct survive termination.
19. Governing law and disputes
Michigan law governs these Terms, except that mandatory protections where you live or work still apply. Either party may contact the other to try to resolve a dispute informally; this is voluntary and doesn't delay legal deadlines, emergency relief or agency complaints. Subject to mandatory law, lawsuits may be brought in the Michigan state courts in Oakland County or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive class-action or jury-trial rights.
20. Communications and electronic records
We provide account, security, billing and service records electronically, in the Platform and by email to the address on your account. Where the law requires direct delivery, posting alone is not enough. Marketing emails are optional and include an unsubscribe link; required service messages are limited to their service purpose. Keep your email address current.
Consent to electronic records. This consent covers these Terms, transaction confirmations, receipts, invoices, renewal and change notices, and other legally required account disclosures. To receive them you need internet access, an email account, a current web browser and, for PDF records, a PDF reader plus the ability to save or print. You may ask for paper copies or withdraw this consent by emailing support@gigreadygo.com or writing to our mailing address, with no fee. Withdrawal applies going forward. Because the Platform operates electronically, withdrawing may require closing your account; we'll explain the effect, stop renewals and handle any unused paid service under Section 8. If our technical requirements change in a way that affects your access, we'll tell you and ask for your consent again where required.
Text messages and calls. GigReadyGo does not send SMS alerts or marketing texts. We send a one-time verification code by text or automated voice call only when the number's holder asks for it: when a service provider verifies the phone number on its business listing, and when a driver accepts a company invitation issued to their mobile number. The code is only for verification, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Don't request a code for a number you aren't authorized to use. A company entering a driver's number or sending an invitation is not consent to automated calls or texts.
21. Changes
When these Terms change, we publish the new version with a future effective date. For material changes we give advance notice and ask you to accept the new version before you keep using signed-in features; we don't treat simply continuing to use the Platform as consent where consent is required. A new version doesn't retroactively change accrued rights or authorize new charges, marketing or sensitive-data processing. If you don't agree, you may cancel and delete your account, and any refund rights remain available.
22. General
These Terms, the Business Agreements (the Service Terms; and, for company and provider accounts, the Data Processing Agreement and Mutual Confidentiality Addendum) and any accepted order form are the whole agreement about the Platform. The Data Processing Agreement controls conflicts about company personal data, the Confidentiality Addendum controls conflicts about confidential information, and the Service Terms control service-specific details. An order form changes other provisions only if it expressly says so and both parties accept it, and it can't reduce mandatory privacy protections. Any enterprise intellectual-property protection terms apply only if included in a signed order. The Privacy Policy is a notice of our practices, not a blanket consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to the extent lawful. Not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. Neither party may assign this agreement in a way that reduces mandatory rights; we may assign it in a business transfer, subject to applicable notice and privacy duties. Events beyond reasonable control excuse performance only as far as the law permits and don't remove refund obligations already owed.
